Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Maravo, an operations platform for short-term rentals (cleaning, maintenance, expense tracking, and guest information pages). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Maravo helps hosts coordinate their own team — cleaners, vendors, and managers — and share stay information with guests. Maravo is not a booking platform, does not source guests, does not move money between hosts and their teams, and is not a party to any rental agreement.
2. Accounts and roles
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the people you invite. Hosts control their workspace; cleaners and vendors see only what is assigned to them. Keep your credentials secure — actions taken with your session are attributed to you.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, per the plan limits shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Your content
You own the data and photos you upload. You grant us the license needed to store and display them to your workspace and, where you choose, to your guests. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload, including photos of properties and information about guests.
5. Guest data and legal compliance
For guest data, the host is the data controller and Maravo the processor (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your rentals — including registration, tax, and guest-reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to breach other workspaces, no abuse of the infrastructure (scraping, flooding, reverse engineering of access controls). We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Reports (including the tax report) are informational and not professional tax, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with reasonable notice in the app. You may close your account at any time (Settings → Data & account); export your data first.
